Ken brings over a decade of wine passion. He's explored global wines, studied viticulture and oenology, and manages a wine collection with an interest in wine investment. He actively promotes wine education in Markham, viewing wine as a connection.
Meet Peggy, a wine and food pairing expert constantly seeking the "next perfect bite and sip." She's a global foodie with a passion for travel and exploring new cultures through delicious meals. Peggy loves bringing people together over unforgettable dining experiences.
Mariam is a highly accomplished wine expert, earning her French Wine Scholar title in 2013, Italian Wine Specialist in 2014, and WSET Diploma in 2015—where she received the prestigious David A. Churchill Memorial Scholarship. A lifelong learner, she sees every bottle as a new opportunity to grow, discover, and enjoy.
